No worries, I've got your back with our 15-day return policy!

Here's how it works:

The Basics

You have 15 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. Think of it as a 2-week and 1-day grace period. 

Eligibility

To return an item, it must be in the same condition you received it.

Just shoot me an email at info@quietkidshop.com to get the ball rolling. Please don't send anything back without first contacting me.

Damages and Issues

Open that package as soon as it arrives and give it a good look-over. If you find anything damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, let me know right away so I can make it right. Once I get your information about the damage, I will send you a return shipping label and some handy instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Final Sale Items

Sadly, I can’t accept returns on final sale items. But if I mess up your order, yes, I will make it right. 

Refunds

Once I receive your return, I will let you know when your refund is approved. Once it is, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Keep in mind, it might take a bit for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Quiet Kid Shop does not currently ship outside of the U.S.A. 

Shipping & Packaging

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order. Multiple items can be combined into one shipment whenever practical.

Books, postcards, jewelry, and other finds are carefully packaged to protect them during transit. Tracking is included with all shipments.

Most packages ship via USPS Ground Advantage, USPS First Class, Media Mail, or Priority Mail depending on the item purchased.

Tracking:
Quiet Kid Shop will E-mail you the tracking number for your package.
