Here's how it works:
The Basics
You have 15 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. Think of it as a 2-week and 1-day grace period.
Eligibility
To return an item, it must be in the same condition you received it.
How to Start a Return
Just shoot me an email at info@quietkidshop.com to get the ball rolling. Please don't send anything back without first contacting me. I won’t know what to do with it otherwise.

Damages and Issues
Open that package as soon as it arrives and give it a good look-over. If you find anything damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, let me know right away so I can make it right. Once I get your information about the damage, I will send you a return shipping label and some handy instructions on how and where to send your package.
Final Sale Items
Sadly, I can’t accept returns on final sale items. But if I mess up your order, yes, I will make it right.
Refunds
Once I receive your return, I will let you know when your refund is approved. Once it is, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Keep in mind, it might take a bit for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping Rates:
When shipping is charged, I use USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail.
I usually ship from Wonder Lake, IL 60097.
Tracking:
Quiet Kid Shop will E-mail you the tracking number for your package.
